These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mentara.shop and any products or services offered by Mentara ("Mentara," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, creating an account, placing an order, or enrolling in a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our applicable policies.
Purchases
When placing an order, you may be required to provide payment, billing, shipping, and contact information.
By submitting an order, you represent that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
We may use third-party providers to process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and operate our services.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing & Availability
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, promotional, or other errors and to cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary.
Product Information & Appearance
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products.
Product packaging, bottle designs, labels, branding, suppliers, and other presentation elements may change over time. As a result, the product you receive may look different from images displayed on our website or advertisements.

Subscriptions & Automatic Payments
If you enroll in a subscription or auto-refill program, you authorize Mentara and its payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method at the price and frequency disclosed when you enroll.
Your subscription will continue until canceled.
You may cancel future renewals in accordance with our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy.
Canceling a subscription prevents future renewals but does not automatically cancel an order that has already been processed or shipped.
Subscription orders may be returned within 90 days of delivery under our standard Return & Refund Policy. Subscription orders are not eligible for the separate first-purchase 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Returns & Refunds
Mentara accepts eligible returns within 90 days of delivery.
This standard return window applies to eligible first-time purchases, repeat purchases, and subscription orders.
We also offer a separate 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee for qualifying first-time purchases of a specific product.
Standard returns may require prior authorization, return of the applicable products, customer-paid return shipping, and a restocking fee of up to 15%.
Original shipping, handling, optional shipping protection, and return shipping charges may be non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates and timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, international logistics, supply-chain disruptions, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

Payment Disputes
If you believe there is an issue with a transaction, we encourage you to contact Sales@mentara.shop before filing a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may provide relevant transaction records to the payment processor, financial institution, or dispute-resolution provider. This may include order records, tracking and delivery information, subscription authorization, return and refund information, customer communications, and applicable checkout records.
We may restrict future purchases in cases involving fraud, unauthorized transactions, or documented abuse of payment dispute procedures.
Nothing in these Terms prevents you from exercising rights provided by your payment provider or applicable law.
