Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

By creating an account or submitting your email or phone number through our Service, you agree to receive newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other communications from us.

Subscriptions, Automatic Payments, and Cancellation

If you enroll in an auto-refill subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your selected payment method at the chosen interval until canceled.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or emailing Sales@mentara.shop

at least 24 hours before your next billing date.

Once a subscription order is fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or returned.

Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and are NOT guaranteed.

Shipping may take longer than 2 weeks (14 days) due to:

  • International sourcing of ingredients (including from China when necessary)
  • Customs clearance and international logistics
  • Holiday periods including Chinese New Year and other international holidays
  • Supply chain delays or carrier disruptions
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Remote or rural delivery locations

By placing an order, you acknowledge that:

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
  • International sourcing may extend shipping timeframes
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control

Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is delivered to the carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

Return & Refund Policy

90-Day Money-Back Guarantee (First-Time Purchases Only)

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases of a specific product. To qualify, you must contact us within 90 days of delivery.

Important conditions:

  • Applies only to first-time purchases of a specific product
  • Limited to one refund per product type per customer
  • Shipping, handling, and optional protection fees are non-refundable
  • Multi-unit orders may require unopened units to be returned
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to approved returns
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our warehouse
  • Returns must be authorized before being sent back
  • Products must be returned in resalable condition

Subscription (auto-refill) orders are NOT eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee.

Orders that have already been fulfilled cannot be canceled.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, email Sales@mentara.shop

 with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if claiming defect or damage)

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

If approved:

  • You will receive return instructions
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% will be deducted from your refund

Refunds are processed after review and approval. Allow up to 10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
